a mixed use building located in downtown cleveland, ohio; working with a team of +15 people across two offices. the project includes retail, parking garage, residential apartments, hotel, green spaces, office, and condos.
role: indesign + graphic work for submittals, presentations, and the 100% schematic design package, concept + stacking diagrams, hotel layout + design, residential amenity floor layout + design, and side lot renovation concepts.
